Production process (complete process from raw materials to finished products)
Step 1- Mixing: Mix the rubber particles and polyurethane adhesive in proportion in a mixing drum
Step 2- Weighing: Weigh the required weight according to the thickness of the floor tiles
Step 3- Laying: Spread the mixture evenly in the mold, first lay the colored surface layer, and then lay the black bottom layer
Step 4- Sulfurization molding: Push the mold into the vulcanizing machine, set the vulcanization time according to the thickness, and automatically exhaust
Step 5- Demoulding Cooling: The mold automatically exits, and the finished product is taken out and placed on a drying rack for natural cooling
