September 2, 2026 – A busy scene unfolded today at the workshop of Qingdao New Parkson Machinery Manufacturer Co., Ltd., as multiple custom-built rubber vulcanizing presses went through packing, lifting, and securing operations, ready for shipment to customer production sites.
✅Packing & Fixing in Parallel – Ensuring Safe Long-Distance Transport
The equipment being shipped is predominantly non-standard custom models, colummn structure. Our packing team applied layered securing and multi-point protection methods for each machine, using heavy-duty pallets, steel frames, and shock-absorbing materials. All packing strictly followed export and long-distance transport standards to ensure the equipment remains stable and secure throughout transit.
On the loading site, machines were lifted one by one onto trucks, with technical and logistics staff working closely to balance the center of gravity, tighten tie-down straps, and inspect every securing point – ensuring each piece of equipment is safely "seated" for the journey ahead.
✅Delivery Schedule on Track
Packing and loading are proceeding simultaneously. All machines have passed pre-shipment performance testing and final inspection. Multiple units are expected to be fully secured and ready for departure today, bound for the customer's site.
