working principle
Place the mold containing semi-finished rubber products into the gap between the upper and lower hot plates (for moldless products such as tape and film, place them directly on the hot plate). The hydraulic system drives the plunger through the oil cylinder to move the movable platform and hot plate up or down, achieving clamping and pressurization of the mold. At the same time, the heating system heats the hot plate to complete the vulcanization crosslinking reaction of the rubber products in the mold at the set pressure and temperature. After the set vulcanization time, the hydraulic system is depressurized, and the plunger descends by its own weight to remove the vulcanized product.
